While he has worked with individuals presenting with a variety of mental health issues, he has focused on those struggling with stress and anxiety. Of this group, he has had a special interest in helping those who have been anxious or fearful about flying. The AERO. Fear of Flying Program was developed for those unable to fly because of fear. It involved time-limited groups which included travel consultants, pilots, air traffic controllers and airline employees. It was designed to give participants the information and anxiety management skills necessary to complete "graduation" flights to Newark, Baltimore & Philadelphia.
The Quiet Flying Course will offer to those, who ARE able to fly, the skills necessarv to master the stress and anxiety associated with their air travel, so that their destinations are productive and enjoyable.
