Mastering the Stress and Anxiety of Air Travel

 

Learning the skills to relax while flying is critically important.

The demands, along with the pleasures, of the destination require physical calm and mental clarity and not preoccupation with concerns about flying. This 6-session course will guide participants as they discover their unique errors in responding to flying, then as they learn specific corrective skills, and finally, as they “assemble” their own QF Plan.
